KMA’s diverse team can help prepare your team for global ventures by providing cultural, social, and political expertise. Most importantly, participants to our programs will have an opportunity to identify ways in which their own cultural values are likely to collide with those of others.
Making explicit issues of culture and gender empowers multicultural global teams as they work to develop the curiosity and resilience that will enable them to be creative and productive.
KMA can prepare U.S. teams going abroad, and can improve communication at and between global sites.
KMA’s global projects include:
